  • During proper use, why does the hard drive suddenly make the mistake that it can read but not write?
Maybe your hard drive is in ExFAT format and you conducted an abnormal operation, such as unplugging the USB cable, removing the hard drive, or suddenly shut down the power before the product is ejected properly from the computer, and thus the hard drive may make an error where it can read but not write. In order to prevent damage or loss of data to the hard drive, please be prudent in your operation and make sure RAID storage devices eject normally from the computer before you remove the USB cable and hard drive and shut down the power. If the above scenario happens, please try to reboot the device.
