  • Why is the IP address of TNAS displayed in TNAS PC application not in the same network segment as those of other devices in the network?

    The router may have not enabled the DHCP service. Please follow the TNAS PC application guide to manually change the IP address of TNAS to be within the same network segment as those of other devices.
