What should I do if my TNAS device shuts down automatically?

1. If there is an irregular automatic shutdown, there may be a problem with one of the components on the PCBA motherboard. If this is the case, you need to replace it with a new device.

2. If the device performs normally with one hard drive installed but fails to boot with all the hard drives installed, there may be a problem with the power adapter. If so, please check if the power adapter used is the original one provided.

I just recently bought a TNAS F8 SSD Plus and I have got at least 4 abnormal shutdowns in the past 2 days. I am trying to move ~ 1 TB of data into it from my PC and it just breaks after a while.
