● Data reading permission: Accessing your photos, videos, audio, and files for backup and upload
● Local storage access: Reading and writing data to device storage—essential for backup, upload, and download
● Read/write external storage: Managing files on the SD card
● Mount/unmount file system: Writing downloaded files to the SD card
● Delete cache files: Clearing temporary app data
● Camera: Scanning QR codes for OTP secondary authentication (dynamic, user-authorized)
● Flashlight: Assisting QR code scanning for OTP binding
● Request installation permission: For installing the APK opened through the app (dynamic, user-authorized)
● Install application: Used for app auto-update
● Network access: Required for remote connection to TOS devices
● Network state access: Determining network availability for device search and file transfer
● Network state change: Adjusting behavior when network conditions change
● Wi-Fi status access: Checking Wi-Fi connectivity and WLAN information
● Wi-Fi state changes: Identifying Wi-Fi changes for LAN device discovery
● BSSID and SSID: Identifying WLAN network information
● Battery statistics: Pausing backup functions when battery is low (dynamic, user-authorized)
● System settings read/write: Allowing background app operation
● Bluetooth access: Accessing Bluetooth device files (dynamic, user-authorized)
● Bluetooth management: Scanning and pairing management (dynamic, user-authorized)
● Access Gmail accounts: Used for sharing files or links
● Write SMS: For link sharing
● Write voicemail: For sharing functions
● Modify audio settings: For media playback and audio configuration
● Read system logs: Diagnosing errors and crashes
● Vibration: Providing vibration feedback for incorrect safe-box password inputs
● File information access: Reading essential file metadata for upload and backup services

本软件获取权限及设备信息说明

4.1 storage location

·相机使用的权限：通过您的相机扫描二维码，用于OTP二次登录验证的设备绑定；（动态获取，用户主动授权；
·闪光灯使用的权限：允许访问闪光灯通过您的相机扫描二维码，用于OTP二次验证绑定；
·请求安装的权限：在应用管理模块打开本软件APK时，用于调起系统安装本软件APK的操作；（动态获取，用户主动授权）；
·安装应用程序的权限：用于更新本软件时自动调取本软件的软件包进行更新；
·网络访问的权限：访问网络连接,可能产生GPRS流量，允许应用访问网络，帮助您远程连接TOS设备，不授予该权限将无法正常使用该应用程序；
·获取网络状态的权限：获取网络信息状态，判断当前网络连接是否有效，用于搜索设备和文件上传下载等功能；
·获取网络状态变更信息的权限：当前线路不能联网时改变网络状态，用于文件上传、下载等功能；
·获取Wi-Fi状态的权限：获取当前Wi-Fi接入状态、WLAN热点信息及IP地址信息，用于局域网搜索设备，Wi-Fi网络下的上传、下载等功能；
·获取Wi-Fi状态变更信息的权限：获取WiFi的改变信息，用于局域网搜索设备，Wi-Fi网络下的上传、下载等功能；

4.2 storage period

We retain your personal information for the duration necessary to achieve the purposes defined in this Policy (unless extended by law). Once the retention period expires, we will delete or anonymize your personal information.

When you register or log in using a local account, all your data is stored on your TerraMaster NAS device and your mobile device or computer. We do not collect any personal data in this scenario.
