In order to help users purchase TerraMaster products that meet expectations and improve user experience, we make the promise as following:

Compensation Promises

If the product has quality failure or does not meet your needs, you can contact us within 30 days after purchase to replace it, and get the compensation for an additional 6-month warranty.  

1.If the product has quality failure, it can be replaced for free, and the warranty of the replacement model can be extended for 6 months;

2.If the purchased product does not meet your requirements, a correct model can be recommended and replaced, and the warranty of the replacement model can be extended for 6 months.

Note: warranty extension policy is valid within 30 days of the product purchase date.
