Fairly easy to use, great storage if you have the HDD's
For me being slightly tech inclined, the setup wasn't too bad actually. I am still working through its capabilities but it is mostly self taught. Tech support for this is virtually non-existent as the manufacturer is in China. The instructions that come with it point you to a website that once you get the system running, has it all built in to the software also. There is alot of self learning with this system but it runs like a dream once you get going. I just don't have it at 100% yet.
